He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Clear Creek Education Foundation\, which inspires educational excellence through innovation across the Clear Creek Independent School District. \n\n \n\nPrior to entering the financial services industry\, Jay served as Membership Relations Manager with the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce\, and as Local Office Representative with First Choice Power.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Service Leadership from the University of Houston\, and resides in League City with his wife\, Tara\, and children\, Jayne and Jack.
