Live High School Football Broadcasts Return to Galveston CountyThis fall, ESPN-style broadcasts of local Galveston County football games will be live on Clear Life Media. At least ten games will be featured as the “Game of the Week.” The webcast will be carried live, for free, on both clearlifemedia.com and all Clear Life Media Social Media.During the season, the webcast will highlight Texas City, Galveston Ball High, La Marque, Hitchcock, Friendswood and Santa Fe games. On Friday, Feb. 17, the City of Texas City will host the first program of the Mayor’s Fatherhood Initiative.
At the event, called “Oh, The Places You Will Go,” participants will learn some basic automotive skills, including how to change a flat tire and jump-start a car battery. It will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 at the Rotary Pavilion (1700 5th Ave) in Texas City.
