About Us

The Dickinson ISD Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2007 to support the enrichment programs for students and staff within the Dickinson Independent School District. Led by a Board of Directors representing a cross-section of our community, the foundation provides funds for educational programs and activities which either have not been funded or have been underfunded by the normal operating budget. These funds are used to facilitate student achievement and skill development to recognize and encourage staff excellence and to expand community involvement of individuals, businesses, and civic organizations.

Mission:
The mission of the Dickinson ISD Education Foundation is to ensure that all students have successful learning opportunities that help them reach their full potential and add quality throughout their lives.

Goals:
-- Encourage all students to work to their highest potential
-- Provide support and recognize staff for innovative and exemplary teaching efforts
-- Build community support and awareness of the Dickinson ISD Education Foundation
