About Us

What started as a small, grassroots effort in Richmond, TX is now a multi-city movement of career-driven young women rising up in Houston, Chicago, and beyond. In just 7 years, nearly 2,000 girls have joined the Nerdy Girl revolution, and 61% of them keep coming back year after year. Why? Because they don’t just see a program—they see a future where their ambition isn’t just acknowledged; it’s unleashed.

We don’t believe success should come with a price tag. Our programs are free—and fiercely intentional. Because access shouldn’t be gated by privilege. It should be powered by drive—and our Nerdy Girls have plenty of it. Through hands-on experiences, career summits, and direct connections with women leaders, we’re not just preparing young women for careers; we’re preparing them to own the boardroom, influence policy, and disrupt industries still dominated by men.
