Position Type: Customer Service Agent Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate services to address their needs. Maintain broad knowledge of pricing and promotions. Have knowledge of basic mathematics to accurately handle all approved refunds. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while responding to incoming phone calls and intercom calls. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the Guests. Clarify customer inquiries; probe for understanding, and use tools/resources to appropriately provide resolution to the Guests. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and filing. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Performing administrative duties. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Provide excellent customer service. Additional related duties as assigned.
