Job Description:
 
As a Crew Lead/Driver, you’ll play a key role in both transporting equipment and overseeing a small crew on job sites. This is a physically demanding, team-oriented role that requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent service.
 
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
 
Safely driving company vehicles to and from job sites (must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record)
Leading and working alongside crew members to set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment
Communicating with customers and team members to ensure efficient and professional service
Delegating tasks and maintaining productivity and safety standards on site
Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and securely
Assisting with warehouse organization and general labor tasks
Requirements:
 
Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but is a plus)
Clean driving record and ability to be insured by company policy
Prior experience in the event rental or moving/labor industry is preferred
Leadership experience or ability to lead a small team effectively
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (especially during peak season)
